Everyone has their own ideas about how to solve the Stimulus Problem that is in affect around the world . Let me first say that I'm proud to have Barack Obama as are first Black President and the work he has before him is going to take tremendous amount of time and thought to bring this world back to the order in which it was before George W Bush came into Office . I'm a black male living in Springfield Massachusetts , I work as a Certified Nurse's aide through a pool agency, before this big crash to the world economy , I had plenty of hours at work and now It's a blessing if I get to work 24 hours and that's not enough to hold up my household of living I have a car payment and rent and all the other things you need to live in today's world. I'm just like millions of other Americans fighting to stay away from loosing the roof over their head and the car I drive to get me back and forth to work . I know that President Obama has people working on a way to bring this Recession to an end, but what I'm about to purpose my have already been said or reviewed by people assigned to handle this matter ,but like everyone else all I see is the money going back to the people and the place that brought this problem which has affected the whole world and the people within it, and they still are using the money for the wrong use . You have given out billions of dollars and still it has not brought the economy back to some gain , What I'm gonna purpose is not simple and it might sound far fetch ,but I think it will make sense to those who really take a good look at it and say this will work . Here is what I purpose. First with all the money that is left from bailing out those Banks and car company's , just like people have been saying lets give some money back to the people and here is what I feel will bring the economy back form this Recession. A Million dollars to all the working Class American and here is how it will work . When you receive your stimulus check from the Government it has to go into a bank account of the person that it has been issued to and the bank will then take its normal time to process the check and will confirm back to the Government that the check is being put into that persons account and once the Government clears your check here are the first things that must be done. To meet the qualifications to receive this stimulus check you have to be an American Citizen and have a strong work history and are working or you lost your Job in this Recession

(1) You have to payoff the house that you are living in and you must purchase a new home from the housing market ether to rent out or sell . You must buy a house if you don't own one and it must not be so expensive that you cannot handle the yearly taxes on it and utility that come along with owning a home .

(2) If you have children you must open a scholarship fund for all your children in that household of $50.000 or more, and those who don't have children must give to a Collage of their choice in the same amount or larger.

(3) You must buy a New car on the car Market , it must cost $20.000 and above , If you purchase a used car you will have to buy at the same rate as a new car.

(4) you have to give a Charitable amount of $10.000 to $50.000 to a Charity of you choice and it has to be given to a well known Charity and cannot use this as a tax write off.

(5) You must payoff any and all debts owed and any back taxes owed .

(6)You will have to spend more then or at least half of the Million dollars on things that will boost the economy .

(7)If you start a new business it must employ enough people so that whatever amount that you have leftover you won't find yourself back in debt and the business must be profitable in it's first years.

(8) You must keep the Job that you are working or go back to school to farther your education to met the new Job that you are going to pursue.

(9)You will be asked to give to your Local food pantry of $200.00 and you will give to that by buying the food yourself or making payment for that food pantry . .

I believe in this plan to boost the economy to the point that it will skyrocket . With all the sells for the house's that are foreclosed and the car maker's will also benefit from this plan by people having the money to buy these thing that they see are so far out of reach now that the economy is doing so bad . It will also benefit collage's , know parent have the money to send all their children to collage and the collage in turn will benefit from full and complete tuition payment . Just think when a person buy's a house and they have the money to spend on the the decor of the house they have to buy kitchen ware and bedroom sets and things for their entertainment like TV's and in this generation xbox's and so on . What my plan will do is have people spend money not the little money they make from the job's that they have or lost , but this money will be consently spent because American love to have new things and Americans love to travel, and when they have the money to do these things money is spent .
